At EMIÉ, every piece is thoughtfully designed to help you move with confidence - whether you're chasing a new PR, showing up for a training run, or simply stepping into the strongest version of yourself.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process as simple and transparent as possible.
Please review the policy below before initiating a return.
Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal:

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the marked delivery date and must arrive in the original packaging.
Packaging Requirements
To ensure your return arrives safely and is eligible for processing, items must be returned in their original packaging, including:
- The clear garment bag
- The original EMIÉ mailer (purple mailer)
If the original mailer is no longer available, the item must be placed inside a secure, replacement mailer that provides equal protection during transit.
Returns shipped in inadequate or unprotected packaging (such as a clear garment bag without additional protection) may be damaged in transit. Because of this, returns that do not follow these packaging requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange if the item arrives damaged.
Your return is contingent upon the item being received in original, unworn condition, and proper packaging is required to ensure this standard is met. EMIÉ reserves the right to decline any return or exchange if items are received damaged due to failure to follow these packaging requirements.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges (United States)
For customers within the United States, we offer the following options:
Exchange for Another Item
Need a different size or style? You may exchange your item for another product. If the new item has a higher value, the difference will be charged at checkout.
Store Credit
Prefer to choose something else later? We’re happy to issue store credit once your return has been received and approved.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you would prefer a refund to your original form of payment, you may select this option when initiating your return.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise specified.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Free from odor, deodorant marks, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned in secure packaging
Because EMIÉ designs performance apparel, items that show signs of being worn during physical activity will not be eligible for return.
All returns are subject to inspection once received.
EMIÉ reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

- Certain promotional or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
Return Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility:

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing
- Refunds may take 5 - 10 additional business days to appear depending on your financial institution
Store credit and exchanges will be issued once the return has been approved.
Shipping Protection & Package Claims
At checkout, customers may have the option to purchase shipping protection through our package protection partner.
If shipping protection is selected, coverage may include:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages damaged in transit
Claims must be submitted directly through the shipping protection provider’s portal.
If shipping protection is not selected, EMIÉ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If tracking has not updated for 7 days, customers who purchased shipping protection may submit a claim through the protection provider.
If tracking continues to update, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.
Important Return Guidelines
To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible:
- Only include items listed in your return request
- Do not combine multiple return requests into one package
- Package items securely to prevent damage in transit
Failure to follow these guidelines may delay return processing.
