At EMIÉ, we know that when you order something you’re excited about, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. We work hard to process and ship every order quickly so you can get back to doing what you love - moving.

Below you’ll find details about processing times, shipping locations, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 4 business days.

Processing times may be slightly longer during:

  • New product launches
  • Major sales events
  • Holidays
  • High-volume order periods

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

International Shipping Available To:

  • Spain

At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.

As EMIÉ continues to grow, we hope to expand shipping to additional countries.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination but typically range between:

7–14 business days

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs processing
  • Local postal carriers
  • Weather or transit delays

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

EMIÉ does not control these charges and cannot estimate them.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

EMIÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Customers may have the option to purchase shipping protection at checkout, which covers:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages damaged in transit

If shipping protection is not selected, EMIÉ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

These may include:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Peak holiday shipping periods

We appreciate your patience if these situations occur.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update within the carrier’s system.
